Hi! I’m Ambrose Amin.

I created Body By Ambrose to help people become their strongest, most resilient versions of themselves. I specialize in helping my clients get stronger through performing the basic movement patterns progressively and transform their body as well as mind. My clients range from young professionals, to high school athletes, to mothers of all ages and levels.

Growing up, I played sports all my life including basketball, track & field, as well as martial arts. I fell in love with self-improvement and training at a young age. This included calisthenics, strength training, and performance-based training. Early on, as a very competitive athlete, I learned the importance of taking care of my body inside and outside of the gym.

Fast forward to my 30s, I have worked in corporate for close to a decade as a consultant and forensic accountant, investigating financial crime. Juggling your career, family, friends, other obligations and taking care of your mental and physical health is difficult to say the least. I empathize with the working man and woman. While I grew in my career, I deprioritized myself.

During 2020, I decided to no longer put my physical and mental health on the backburner. I prioritized not only getting back into shape but staying in shape and making apart of my life again. I find nothing more satisfying than seeing my clients do the same. I want to help my clients prioritize and become the best version of themselves.

My mission is to get everyone to not only prioritize their physical health but to be the best and strongest versions of themselves, showing them their full potential. You can’t take care of others if you don’t take care of yourself first. Habit building and training smart are extremely important to help you build a strong foundation for your training. Even though I was a former sprinter, I do wholly believe that this is a marathon and not a sprint. This is a lifestyle change. Throughout all my previous training disciplines, I make sure I tailor the training to my client’s needs, goals, and level.

I welcome everyone of all levels, including those who have no idea how to use anything in the gym, what exercises to do, and/or how to do them properly. With all of my programs, you will gain access to my video library which shows you how to perform every movement properly. My goal is to take all of the guess work out of your workouts, so you can focus on getting better and stronger each time you show up to the gym.
