In-Person Training

My personalized approach includes creating a customized program based on your goals, level, and mobility level. We will build a strong foundation for your training then push you to the next level by focusing on:

  • Form, consistency, and progressive overload with the basics

  • Pushing you to give your best but never anything outside of your capable limits that puts you at risk of injury

Customized Workout Program

This is a customized 12-week program based on your goals, equipment availability, and schedule. This includes:

  • How to properly warm up

  • Demo videos of how to correctly perform each movement - with detailed form cues and set ups.

  • How to properly stretch

  • Proper protocols to take on your rest day including mobility and prehab exercises

Online Coaching

I write you a customized program based on your goals, equipment availability, and schedule but you also get access to:

  • Direct messaging for daily form checks and ask me any questions that you will have.

  • Weekly check-in calls to address Q&A on form, progress, modifications needed, etc.

Nutrition

This is a customized nutrition program focused on building healthier habits as well as eating enough to sufficiently support your lifestyle and fitness goals (includes analysis of macro and micronutrient intake)
